Iva Lee Charles was born January 23, 1936, in White Deer, TX, to Joseph and Annie Ruth (Elliott) Charles. Iva worked as a Nurse's Aide. Iva is survived by children, Rita Fulcher of Portland, OR, Charlie Fulcher (Bonnie) of Gatesville, TX. Harold Turner (Cindy) of Odessa, TX, Sharon Chesser (Sam) of Odessa, TX, Morris E. Fulcher, Jr. of Crane, TX, Janice Fulcher of Mesa, AZ; 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; brother, Henry Charles, of Waco, TX. She was preceded in death by children, Riley Dean Fulcher and Teresa Star; siblings, James Charles, Betty Yates, George Charles, and Howard Charles.
