Jordon Ray Giles

A graveside funeral service for Jordon Ray Giles, age 62, of Waco, formerly of Brownwood and Littlefield, will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 9, 2022, in the Crews Cemetery in Runnells County. Jordon passed from this life on Sunday, April 3, 2022, in a Waco hospital. Jordon was born on April 26, 1959 in Littlefield to Helen and Jerry "Abe" Giles. From the formative age 3 years old, Jordan was raised by Abe Giles and Mary Giles Bloodworth. He attended Littlefield schools and joined the US Army. Following his military service, he lived and worked in Littlefield until 1986, when he moved to Brownwood. Jordon worked for Brownwood Regional Medical Center for several years before moving to Waco in 2010. Jordon loved family gatherings, gospel music and valued his relationship with Jesus Christ. While he was a quiet man Jordan's insight was honest and caring. Jordon is survived by his mother Mary Giles Bloodworth of Granbury, Texas, three sisters, Russell Giles and partner Mary Honeycutt of Waco, Corrine Reuter and husband John of Houston and Susie Shaffer of Brownwood; two brothers, John Giles and wife Lori of Early and Scott Giles and partner Mark Arnold of Waco. He was preceded in death by his father Abe Giles, his mother Helen Richardson and a sister, Cathy Gregory.
